How often do you take stock of what makes you ‘you’? If you stop to think about it, life is a continual succession of change, from school to uni to first job, new job, promotion, single, coupled, home owner and kids.
Generally, people move between peaks of change activity in life and career only taking stock at the point of the change and often make hurried decisions that they may regret later.

Over the last 20 odd years, I have coached peers, staff, and even my boss through professional career change and company transition.
Coaching and staff growth were always part of what I did, sometimes aside from my day job.
I have also been made redundant twice and am supposedly retired.
