Having gained an awful lot of experience and had so much intellectual challenge working with great people I fundamentally believe in giving back.
This is where I do my wider coaching in addition to the career and transition focused work.
My chosen vehicles are StartUp Croydon, The Cranfield Trust and The Worshipful Company of Information Technologists (WCIT).
The Cranfield Trust
The Cranfield Trust https://www.cranfieldtrust.org/ is a leading provider of pro-bono consultancy and management support for charities in the UK.
Through their programmes, peak to peak provides mentoring services for charity executives, trustees and management.
This can involve anything from personal goal and career management to strategic planning, organisational restructuring and everything in between.
StartUp Croydon
StartUp Croydon https://startupcroydon.co.uk/ provides support services for entrepreneurs in the Croydon area, including bootcamp programmes.
peak to peak provides support to their Business Incubator Programmes in the form of general business mentoring and business planning.
WCIT
Gordon is a Liveryman of the WCIT, https://wcit.org.uk/ , the City of London Livery Company for the Information Technology sector, and a Freeman of the City of London. Through the Company he provides coaching and mentoring to other members of the Company and a variety of coaching services to charities that approach the Company for advice and support with their IT.
